What's New

  • Newsflash

Some users have been having trouble receiving and sending iSUG list emails. As far as I can tell the problem is usually connected to users whose email is managed by PCTs

By all means email me to check whether your email address is correct. However if you have a PCT managed email I may not be able to help. You could also try complaining to your PCT, but many PCTs seem not to understand the problem that they have caused. Please don't demand that I fix it - I have no control over these people.

A tried and tested solution is to set up a Gmail account and use this for your list emails. Go to gmail.google.com and click the Create an account button. Then log in to SWAN and change your email address to your new gmail address. Alternatively, those with nhs.net emails seem to be working fine, so you could obtain one of these at www.nhs.net
