Instructions printing sets of patient detail labels for lab forms etc

Style One: By Stewart Musk Style Two by Kevin Guinan

Style one gives labels three abreast and prints the CHI number (used in Scotland).  The labels are 'Universal Office Supplies ULL01' (A4 sheets, label size 63.5mm X 38.1mm, 3 column's 7 rows)..

Style Two uses Avery labels L7163, 2 columns by 14 rows. The query can be repeated fourteen times or try six times and turn the sheet around and print six for the next patient.
