iSOFT Premiere is a system that joined the iSOFT stable in the late 90s, but has a venerable pedigree going back into the mid 80s. It is a system that was designed originally to work in a similar way to the paper record, but with some very powerful tools to enable easy management of the record without the need to get too involved with the intricacies of codes.
The user interface is visually clear and has powerful tools for handling immunisations, prescriptions, maternity etc, which have over the years been adopted as part of the Synergy interface.
Recently the User Group has been working with iSOFT to make much of the look and feel and functionality of Premiere available within Synergy, with the eventual aim of making Synergy usable in a way that will feel very at home to Premiere users, so that they can be migrated to Synergy as painlessly as possible.
